From the beginning. Every rep. Still going.

I'm Kim — LA-based, Latina, and obsessed with what the body is capable of.

It started in 2018 with zero experience and a lot of heart. No trainer, no plan — just showing up. Over the years I built strength, confidence, and a community of women who actually want to see real results.
